The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, documenting intake, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills for reporting duties
Willingness to assist with lifting and moving residents
Key Requirements
