Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with development teams, reducing customer impact.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of SRE experience
Basic understanding of SLI's, SLO's, and Error Budgets
Familiarity with APM and telemetry tools
Experience with CICD pipelines
Experience with Datadog
Experience with Terraform
Familiarity with GitOps, Puppet, or Ansible
Basic understanding of AWS networking and security
