  • In this role you will be responsible to expand and manage UTR and OTR operations for the station, people and performance management and driving the operational plan.
  • Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
  • Manage Delivery station operations with along with Team lead and Chanel Team lead.
