Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2nd shift availability 3pm-Midnight
Fully onsite work in Austin TX
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong conceptual knowledge for problem-solving
Experience with gas panels preferred
Ability to explain complex information clearly
Knowledge of Design for Excellence (DFx)
Interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination
