Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as coordinating with nursing services in resident areas.
Maintaining confidentiality of resident protected health information and reporting any suspected violations is a critical responsibility of this position.
