Job Summary

  • The Shift Team Lead is responsible for leading day‑to‑day production activity within the Fillpack area, ensuring performance against key metrics and KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, while maintaining the highest standards of GMP and compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate daily Fillpack production activities to meet customer demand, schedule adherence, and inventory targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through DBS, Muda reduction, WCM tools, and standard work practices.
