The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, safety and sanitation oversight, and participation in staff development and training programs.
The nurse will work in a dynamic environment involving interaction with residents, families, medical staff, and regulatory agencies, and must be prepared to work beyond normal hours and during emergency conditions.
