Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
3+ years component design and GD&T experience
Proficiency with CAD software like Siemens NX
Experience with automotive manufacturing processes
Knowledge of axles, engines, and transmissions
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Engineering fields
7+ years directly applicable experience
Advanced script writing with Visual Basic
Practical knowledge of SAP software
Expertise in ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
ABET Accredited University degree required
