Job Summary
This role involves owning the product vision and roadmap for AI capabilities across global customer interaction processes to drive cost reduction through automation.
The successful candidate will design scalable agent orchestration patterns including classification, routing, and human-in-the-loop escalation within a complex enterprise landscape.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to move AI solutions from pilots to production while ensuring robust governance and security.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Technical Product Owner experience in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and AI solution patterns
Experience designing agent-based interaction systems and orchestration logic
Knowledge of Salesforce and Azure enterprise architecture
German language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
Nice-to-have
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Genesys ecosystems
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI platforms
Experience with AI governance and operational monitoring frameworks
Background in global product rollout across regions
Key Requirements
German at C1 level (spoken and written) is mandatory
Fluent English communication skills required
