Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in museums, cultural institutions, attractions, or live entertainment
  • Proven track record managing high-value relationships
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, revenue optimization, visitor-flow operations, or large-scale attraction management
  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting or strong entrepreneurial/commercial role is a plus
  • Strong sales and partnership development ability
  • Excellent commercial and partnership-development skills
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of the museums and attractions landscape
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Self-starter, highly autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C2 level)
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Genuine passion for culture, museums, attractions, and the broader entertainment sector
