Must-have

  • Master's degree in marine ecology or related field
  • Experience with digital platforms and EO-based services
  • Proven success forming consortia and securing funding
  • Strong understanding of coastal and marine geo-data

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GeoAI and national geospatial platforms
  • Familiarity with blue-economy and NbS initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional EU languages are a plus
  • Experience with public procurement processes
