  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in condition, documenting care, and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their environment, and cooperating with facility personnel to meet resident needs.
