Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Associate for their Sustainable Investing team in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on supporting sustainability efforts for clients, particularly in utility data management, compliance, and green building certifications

Job Summary

  • Reporting to the North America Investor Practice Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting our client’s U.S. real estate sustainability efforts, including property energy, water, and waste utility data needs, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • You will serve as a primary "Super User" of the client’s sustainability data platform (Cambio) as well as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) and will help ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready utility data to support energy benchmarking, Building Performance Standards (BPS) reporting, GRESB reporting, and green building certifications.
