Must-have
B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field
5 years experience in maintenance engineering
Understanding of utilities systems and pumps
Experience with high speed filling/packing equipment
Knowledge of electrical installation and power distribution
Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and automation controls
Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Nice-to-have
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven record of successful troubleshooting
Experience with ISO 14001, 50001, and 45001 standards
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Leadership in developing cross-training programs
