Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5 years experience in maintenance engineering
  • Understanding of utilities systems and pumps
  • Experience with high speed filling/packing equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical installation and power distribution
  • Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and automation controls
  • Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems

Nice-to-have

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of successful troubleshooting
  • Experience with ISO 14001, 50001, and 45001 standards
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Leadership in developing cross-training programs

Key Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
