Job Summary

  • Lead the design, development and continuous enhancement of the Group’s Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk Frameworks, and the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system.
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, Technology, Operations, Finance and business leadership teams to ensure changes are coordinated, integrated and deliverable.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing specialist team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
