Workday is seeking a Senior/Software Development Engineer for its Agent System of Record team, focused on developing AI-driven capabilities within the Workday platform. The role requires extensive experience in software development, particularly with Java and Kotlin, and emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and architectural design

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for Sr SDEs and SDEs for the Workday Agent System of Record team who will work closely with Product Managers & Functional Architects, peer and cross functional engineering partners, and with critical external partners to design and build the core Agent System of Record platform.
  • As a Sr SDE/ SDE you will drive design & lead implementation of core features and platform enhancements, with responsibilities including: Creating platform & service architectural design that describes business needs in contest with proposed solutions.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $176,000 USD - $264,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $148,200 USD - $264,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
