Job Summary

• The Director, Finance Transformation is a capstone leadership role responsible for bridging all three Finance Systems verticals: Enterprise Application Support, Transformation, and Reporting & Data.
• This role serves as the senior accountable leader for end-to-end finance process design, system implementation, and the data infrastructure that underpins financial reporting and decision-making across the enterprise.
• This role offers a base salary range of $200,000–$225,000, plus performance-based incentives, and a generous benefits package.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance, accounting, or consulting experience
• 5+ years leading finance transformation or systems implementation
• Proven track record as a Global Process Owner on ERP implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
