Base: Level 1 pay $39.70; Level 2 pay $41.27 after 120 days if Journeyman; Bonus/Equity: $1500 sign on bonus; $2500 retention bonus after 1 year; Benefits: Shift pay adder $1.25, overtime available, paid holidays, vacation, medical leave, 401K, PPE provided
