Salary

Base: $94,200 - $115,200 annual; Bonus: Up to 12% target with potential double payout; Benefits: Hybrid work, up to 5 extra days off, wellness account, share plan matching 50%

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years progressive experience in Property Risk Control
  • Solid knowledge of building construction practices
  • Experience with fire protection systems and NFPA codes
  • Ability to conduct design reviews for water-based systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of Factory Mutual Data Sheets
  • Comfort working in entrepreneurial service environment
  • Proven ability to write high-quality reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Property Risk Control experience
  • Valid CET or P.Eng designation required
  • Willingness to pursue CIP or CRM designation preferred
  • Valid driver's licence and clear 5-year abstract
  • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
