Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning the department's services and programs.
The role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions, performing direct nursing care including IVs and specimen collection, and managing staff scheduling to maintain quality care.
