Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and lifting/turning/moving/positioning.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
