Job Summary
The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board and instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.
