Job Summary

  • Serve as the on-the-floor leader for maintenance technicians, directing daily work and setting the standard for quality and safety.
  • Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs for robotic systems and help track and report on KPIs such as uptime, MTTR, and MTBF.
  • Accurately complete and maintain work orders, repair logs, and maintenance records in the CMMS and create SOP for common failure solution and specific tasks.
