The Customer Service Representative - AED Managed Services will be responsible for supporting the AED Managed Services program
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative - AED Managed Services will be responsible for supporting the AED Managed Services program.
This role involves setting up and monitoring the LIFELINK Central platform for each customer and providing communications regarding any changes or updates to their AEDs and/or LLC platform.
The representative will also notify distributors of any requests for accessories and consumables.
