Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative - AED Managed Services will be responsible for supporting the AED Managed Services program.
  • This role involves setting up and monitoring the LIFELINK Central platform for each customer and providing communications regarding any changes or updates to their AEDs and/or LLC platform.
  • The representative will also notify distributors of any requests for accessories and consumables.
