Key Requirements
7+ years in software or ML
3+ years in leadership role
Experience managing data scientists/ML developers
Proven track record building/scaling AI platforms
Deep understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Extensive MLOps and CI/CD experience
Skilled in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid grasp of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs
Product-focused mindset with agile methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
