Job Summary
The Plant Engineering Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales and business development by providing technical expertise in the design of electrification solutions for the HVDC Projects.
This individual will be responsible for Plant Engineering, system design, material selection, quantity estimation, various engineering activities associated for a project and customer technical consultations.
The candidate will also ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer needs while adhering to industry standards, safety regulations, quality requirements and cost-efficiency objectives.

HV (Primary) designs for 132 kV and above
Substation Engineering for Grid Interconnected Projects
Earthing design, Lightning design, Cable Sizing
Equipment Selection/ Sizing as per IEEE/IEC
ITO (tender) drawings, BOQ estimation
plant engineering process implementation
HVDC projects engineering experience
Nice-to-have

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in EHV/ HV AIS & GIS Substation design
Good understanding of power system components
Good knowledge of Autodesk CAD tools Revit, ACC & Navisworks
Successful experience in management of engineering teams
Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium period
