You will independently take on active sourcing and find qualified candidates for us via LinkedIn, XING and other networks.
You will plan, manage and accompany the entire recruiting process – from needs/requirements analysis to the signed contract.
You will also participate in employer branding measures and contribute your ideas, for example at trade fairs, university collaborations or school visits.
