• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant Client Service or Customer Service
• Experience in financial services industry preferred
• Familiarity with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) and CRM/financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Orion, DocuSign, Envestnet) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
