Job Summary

  • At Cherrydale Post Acute we believe in planting roots with many long-term staff members and a dedicated leadership team.
  • The primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop individualized care plans.
  • We offer competitive salary, 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, unlimited referral bonuses for full-time staff, PTO for birthdays, and employee appreciation throughout the year.

Key Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered South Carolina nursing license
  • MDS experience within last 2 years in Skilled Nursing
