This is a key role responsible for Engineering Operations in Singapore, to drive JLL’s Critical Environment Management best practices across accounts in Singapore.
Responsible for Engineering Operations, facility services and business continuity for Clients, i.e. responsible for technical service delivery, Client alignment, Vendor management, Risk and Compliance, targeting 100% uptime by Implementation of best practices in Critical Environment.

Key Requirements
minimum of 10 years experience
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
Experience in Datacentre area of operation and maintenance preferred

Technically proficient in operations of Building Management Systems, HVAC, Life Safety Systems, CMMS
