Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
8+ years progressive procurement/supply chain experience
Proven leadership experience managing teams
Strong background in supplier negotiations and contract management
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
CPSM, CPM, or APICS certifications preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
