Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • The Senior Sourcing Manager will play a key leadership role, partnering cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, planning, and quality teams, while developing and mentoring a high-performing purchasing team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years progressive procurement/supply chain experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong background in supplier negotiations and contract management
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • CPSM, CPM, or APICS certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
