The Operations Manager is the Owner and Leader of the entire Operations team which includes quality operations, production engineers, production and supply chain.
He or she ensures that all site operational activities are executed safely, as per quality requirements and within cost.
The Operations Manager leads and mentors a team of engineers and operations team managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety/ procedure compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 10+ years experience in process or production engineering
At least 5 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role
Fluency in English
Experience working with highly hazardous chemicals
High proficiency in Operational Excellence methodologies
Advanced knowledge of process control systems
Root cause investigation training and methodology
Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
