Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years autonomous vehicle testing experience
2+ years leadership or technical lead experience
Experience with CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet protocols
Proficiency in Python and C++ programming
Experience designing HiL, ViL, and vehicle-level test infrastructure
Nice-to-have
Experience with ROS or similar robotics frameworks
Familiarity with Jama, Confluence, or JIRA tools
Knowledge of containerization and GPU architectures
Background in debugging hardware/software integration issues
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in autonomous vehicle or automotive systems testing
2+ years of leadership experience managing testing efforts or teams
