Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Expertise in automotive system/platform development
  • Experience delivering platforms reused across multiple Vehicle programs
  • Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or advanced mobility systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-connected embedded systems and modern DevOps pipelines
  • Expertise in vehicle electrical architecture/topology and ECU-level software stacks
  • Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
  • Expertise in UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229)
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory
  • ALM/PLM Proficiency in Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS Next Gen, or PTC Windchill
  • Strong understanding of plant and control models in MATLAB/Simulink
  • Familiarity with SW for embedded systems, EE systems and architecture
  • Familiarity with A2B, CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, LVDS communication protocols
  • Expertise with complex problem solving and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Automotive design and development process
  • Recognized system/controls industry thought leader
