Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing licensed and non-licensed personnel providing health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
Assists the DON in the design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintain resident rights.
