  • Responsible for day-to-day shift operations for production activities including the leadership, direction and development of plant employees on second shift.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and ongoing development of safety, production, service, quality, inventory control standards and employee development for the site.
  • Maintain effective business relationships with local sales team members, customer service, warehouse team members, and manufacturing plant leadership as well as corporate shared services business partners.
