Drive innovation within operations using internal and external technologies primarily in the care of batch chemical/polymer processing, emulsion processing, chemical synthesis, and particle mills.
Support high impact new product commercialization programs and fast-paced capital improvement projects through process development, and lead process development and validation for new and existing products.
Partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare to ensure every solution created melds the latest technology with compassion and empathy.
