Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to China CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management on all financial matters.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements in accordance with PRC GAAP and Group reporting standards.
  • Formulate, implement, and regularly review the company's overall investment strategy and strategic asset allocation in alignment with the liability profile, risk appetite, and solvency requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial or related field

  • Proven strong experience in insurance environment
  • Good understanding of Chinese/US GAAP and IFRS, tax and regulatory requirements in China
  • Experience engaging with senior management and local regulatory authorities
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required
  • Domicile within China
