Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive engineering
  • At least 5 years focused on PLM strategy, digital transformation, or cross-functional PMTD capabilities
  • Experience in large-scale implementation or business transformation projects
  • Proficiency in aircraft program development and engineering support activities
  • Knowledge of configuration management, change management, DOA, and PLM expertise
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Deep understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Familiarity with major PLM platforms
