• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years experience OR Master's plus 10 years OR PhD plus 8 years
• Proven track record leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of early clinical development (Phase 1 and proof-of-concept)
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry clinical drug development roles
• Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity
