The Withdrawal Management Counsellor is responsible for providing direct clinical care to clients, including observing, recording, assessing, and managing behavior of residents who are intoxicated, in withdrawal, and in crisis.
Responsibilities include formulating client service plans, educating residents about chemical dependence and recovery, providing emotional support, and making appropriate referrals.
The role requires working in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and performing clerical duties and data entry.

Key Requirements
Minimum two-year college/university degree in Health/Social Service Program

Experience with standardized admission and discharge tools
