Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support.
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers, pre-screening candidate resumes, and ensuring timely submission of recruitment status reports.
Coordinate and manage statutory and local training programs by preparing venues, registering participants, ensuring access to learning materials, and scheduling attendees.
