The Clinical Specialist is a licensed nurse who functions within the three spheres of influence; patient-nurse-system.
The Clinical Specialist functions independently to provide theory and evidence-based knowledge that shapes the practice and core competencies for the Inpatient and/or Outpatient nursing staff.
