Job Summary

  • Assists senior leadership in attaining the bank’s objective of managing the credit risks, maintaining the quality and acceptability of the bank’s loan portfolio, ensures the quality of the credit process and attain the group’s goals.
  • Reviews, analyzes and finalizes Credit Group’s stand on loan proposals through CREAD’s evaluation sheets on all accounts for approval by the Credit Committees.
  • Ensures capacity is right-sized at all times, timely hiring of talent, talent retention, and effective performance management.
