Job Summary

  • Supervise the day to day operations of the logistics team and manage the performance of all couriers using established performance metrics.
  • Implement and review courier routes and schedules to increase efficiencies and ensure department is properly staffed with the ability to cover all necessary routes.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years previous experience as a driver/courier
  • Associates degree or higher
  • 3 years experience as a medical courier
  • 1 year or more leadership experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • At least 21 years’ old
