Job Summary

• The Head of Global Treasury will report to the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and manage global treasury cash management operations, working with Accounting, Finance, Transaction Assurance, and Internal Audit for treasury operations company-wide.
• This role oversees enterprise-wide operational working capital and settlement requirements, develops strategy for handling cash and liquidity needs, reviews investment opportunities, and ensures timely and accurate cash payments.
• The position requires managing intercompany settlement processes, maintaining appropriate cash balances globally, minimizing foreign currency exchange losses, and acting as the main liaison on all cash management matters.

• 15+ years’ treasury experience
• 7+ years of people management experience
• Prior experience as a treasury leader at the enterprise level
• Retail industry experience
