Must-have
Physical design implementation from RTL to GDS
Proficiency in synthesis and place-and-route tools
Static timing analysis and constraints development
Experience with reliability verification processes
Unix/Linux environment and shell programming
Design for Test (DFT) using industry-standard EDA tools
Nice-to-have
Expertise in scripting languages such as PERL and TCL
Familiarity with advanced process nodes and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Self-initiative and ability to handle ambiguity and pressure
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Minimum 12 years of SoC, analog, IP, or ASIC design experience
Experience completing full RTL to GDS design cycle including signoff and tapeout
Master's or Ph.D. preferred with relevant experience
Proficiency in physical design flows and optimization
