Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day support to users of finance systems, responding to queries and issues, and offering clear advice on policies and processes.
  • Manage finance-related authorisations and access requests, ensuring alignment with finance policy and segregation of duties.
  • Contribute to documenting finance policies and processes for inclusion in the Finance manual, and assist with training materials, communications and user training.
