The University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College is seeking an Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing Training Specialist to develop and teach specialized training programs in various manufacturing and industrial disciplines. The ideal candidate should possess relevant educational qualifications and experience in advanced manufacturing practices

Job Summary

  • Develop, implement and teach specialized training programs for industry which could include any of the following areas: industrial maintenance theory and practice, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor control, industrial electricity, programmable logic controllers, and other advanced manufacturing functions.
  • Assist in coordination of Business and Industry Center classes, events, and outreach. Deliver training as needed including off-campus offerings, with evenings and weekend classes, as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal UA-PTC departments, external workforce development entities, and industry representatives to address current and emerging workforce education needs within the College’s service area.
