Job Summary

• This role represents the senior execution lead for Migration Services Factory operations, accountable for end-to-end execution of migration services events across various platforms.
• The candidate will identify opportunities to automate, augment, and optimize migration workflows using AI/ML, analytics, and intelligent orchestration, while shaping the long-term roadmap of migration service offerings.
• The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT or infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years leading or owning migration services execution and/or migration platforms
• B.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
